Psychotherapy and Psychopathology

Psychotherapy is an efficient treatment process that helps people to deal with their psychological issues, such as depression or anxiety. Though depression and anxiety are very regular issues but occasionally these feelings escalate, last for a long period of time, and do affect immensely the personal, work life of some individuals. For example, someone with clinical depression may be unable to get out of bed to go to work, start to ignore hygiene, and lose their appetite. Psychopathology involves the study of mental illness which can also refer to the manifestation of behaviours that indicate the presence of a mental disorder.
