Biography
She holds a MS in Child Development and Child Care from the University of Pittsburgh and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently Assistant Professor of Psychology at Slippery Rock University, where she is a member of the core faculty of the Honors program in Developmental Psychology.
Research Interest
Elizabeth Boerger research specialization is social-cognitive development during early and middle childhood and early adolescence. Her areas of expertise include childrens understanding of others beliefs and emotions, childrens understanding of fantasy, and relations between social-cognitive development and social behavior, including both prosocial and antisocial behavior.
